On agreement with the company representative, Organizers provide a conference room for the event, which is equipped with: multimedia projector, laptop, microphone, screen, tables, chairs. One announcement of the event is included.
Information concerning your event will be included to the business program of the exhibition, will be placed on the web site of the exhibition, in the official exhibition catalogue and route planner, on the boards with the exhibition program.
